The Oxford English Dictionary describes quality as “the degree of excellence of something”. “Excellent” means “outstanding or extremely good”.
Organisations achieve excellence by continuously learning and improving processes, products and services for clients, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.
When we work on quality in an organisation, this includes critically assessing business processes, leadership, communication structures, employee motivation, work processes and work relationships, customer satisfaction and relationships with external partners.
We assist organisations striving for excellence by providing a framework for understanding the connections between what an organisation does and the results it is capable of achieving. Together with the client we identify organisational strengths and areas with improvement potential. Based on this we develop recommendations for change, regularly measure the impact of change, and support the change processes as far as this is required by the client.
